Organizing a wedding reception is one of the most important

planning a wedding in the city, in a place where dwellings are.
Why? Simply because if the festivities can stretch until the
early morning when it is a wedding in the countryside, it is not the same for
the sites in the city center. Ask about the prefecture authorization.
Celebrations, music, DJ: if your party takes place in an
urban environment or outside, do not forget to inquire about the prefecture
authorization ...
Also note that it is not necessary to establish a detailed
list of future guests. A realistic approximation should suffice. As an example,
base yourself on the following figures: Lunch or buffet, 2 people per square
meter, for a sit-down meal 1 person per m².
It is important not to neglect the size of the reception
room, it very often conditions the atmosphere. Imagine yourself in a room the
size of the ice gallery for a wedding of 50 people!
