- Yes, and yes again! This will always protect you from unscrupulous performers. If you are faced with the fact that the company or an individual avoids entering into a contract in every way, then it is worth considering whether you need to trust them with the organization of your most memorable day in your life.
- How do you recommend making a wedding banquet menu?
- Do not try to fill the table with plenty of snacks and hot dishes. Now is not the 90s, when people were traveling for holidays with the aim to eat to the heap of delicacies. Choose 4-5 cold appetizers, two kinds of hot, light salads. Be sure to desserts.
However, these are only recommendations. I remember the wedding, at which the presence on the table of the “Olivier” salad was a prerequisite. Shrimp with Thai sauce, sea bass, rebuy, carpaccio of tuna, fuagra and Olivier.
