Usually, when it comes to a wedding, you have no idea how much money it will need and how it will be distributed. Of course, you can ask your friends and acquaintances who recently married, but still it is a very individual moment. Someone spends 200 thousand rubles, someone - 1 million, someone - 10 million.

Basically we will talk about the amounts from which everything starts, and then they can increase depending on your wishes and possibilities.

The two most expensive parts of a wedding celebration are banquet and decor. Their costs can be roughly comparable, and they can be significantly different. But, in any case, they will draw upon themselves a substantial part of the budget.

I'll start with a banquet. If we talk about a good place for a wedding banquet in Moscow and Moscow region, most likely the average check for 1 guest will start from 3,500 rubles. This is only food, alcohol is not included. That is, if you assume, for example, 60 guests, the cost of a banquet will be from 210,000 rubles. Add to this:

• 10-15% (depending on the type of site) for maintenance,
• cork fee, on average, 500 rubles per person,
• alcohol and other drinks (everything is very individual here),
• buffet reception from 300 rubles per person.

In addition, most sites charge a rental fee. Usually this is the amount of 50 000 rubles. 
Often rent is taken not only for the restaurant or tent itself, but also for:

Sometimes it is impossible to rent equipment without paying for the work of a specialist from the site who will set it up.

Let's move on to the next item - the decor. Naturally, there is no fixed cost. It all depends on the specific project, its volume and the materials involved. If we talk about the decoration of the following locations:

• Morning groom
• Morning of the bride
• Meeting the bride and groom
• Ceremony of exit registration
• Photozone
• Banqueting hall,

then it will be necessary to pay for such registration from 200 000 rubles. And then everything depends specifically on your wishes and, again, opportunities.

3. Leading. This professional, most often, is expensive. In any case, the leading fees with which we work and in which we are 100% sure start at 80,000 rubles. On this aspect it is better not to save, because no one can ruin your wedding so easily and naturally as a bad host.

4. Photo and video. Here the price range is quite large, and depends largely on the experience and regalia of the contractors. We work with specialists who take from 5,000 rubles per hour. Typically, this cost is already included two-camera shooting. Both photographers and videographers will need to take at least 10 hours. Better - by 12.

6. Transfer. If your wedding will take place outside the city, it is important to arrange a transfer for guests. It all depends on the distance of the site and the number of guests that need to be transported. Consider the most inexpensive, but convenient option: transfer to a Mercedes Sprinter. This car comfortably accommodates 19-20 people. The cost of one trip will start from 6000 rubles. That is, if you need to take 60 guests, you will need 3 cars, each of which will make two trips (take guests to the site and bring back to the city in the evening). Thus, we get the amount of 36 000 rubles.
